We use the website Lastpass for privacy reasons. Lastpass gives you the control to change passwords and usernames and allows us access to sites we will need to utilize. We do not see the passwords on our end. If you are comfortable providing passwords we can set up the Lastpass account for you, send you instructions on how to navigate your Lastpass, and update the passwords and settings.
Yes, every team member and Instasist as a whole sign NDAs. Instasist will sign your company NDA (if applicable) as you will sign ours. This way everyone is on the same page and there are no questions about disclosure on either end.
